I don't know of any thing that Will it's happened to me before so i just used the top for when I'm dying my hair again it saves you from ruining another top.

I think the question should be: How to remove hair dye chemicals out of the water supply drinking supply, creeks and rivers.
Quit polluting the world with hair dye. Probably gives cancer to more than just you, like the wildlife.
