Permanent hair dye?

my natural hair is dark brown and i dyed it red. the red has faded to a light brown inside but still red outdoors. do you know if it will continue fading or if i have to wait for it to grow out all over? It's permanent. Also, if i re-dye my hair my color, will it really damage it bad? my hair is already dry from this dye. One last thing, is it possible for your hair to come out a different color than it was naturally?

Permanent hair dye?

you can dye it again but you should follow up with a hair treatment like greentea treatment at sally s beauty supply i love that stuff! i dyed my hair for like two years stright over and over again i dont reccomend stripping the color out so if you are gonna go dark you have to stick with it .dye it as close to your natural color as possible and just let it grow out ok :)

Permanent hair dye?

trust me, it depends what u did to the hair. permanent hair dye isnt completely permanent, its just more permanent than the rest of it. and trust me, take it from a kid whos dyed his hair itll wash out in the end. no matter if it is permanent or semi-permanent or not. lol. so just have fun with it till its gone.

Permanent hair dye?

No matter how permanent the dye is, it still will continue to fade. If you want to re-dye your hair, wait at least 6 weeks, that way you give your hair some time so it won't damage as bad. If your hair is extremely dry, try getting a conditioning hair mask or treatment from any target or any other drug store. They have great ones for $5-$20.
