My hair is in the midst of changing from blonde to brown. The only blonde in my hair are the fake highlights, and they are slowly fading. I want to dye my hair with some blonde dye that is not too expensive and won't turn 'green' in chlorine, etc. I don't want platinum blonde, just something to lighten it up a bit.
Any ideas?
