Which Hair Dye should I use???

Hey all. For Halloween this year, my friends and I decided to dress up as Harry Ron and Hermione from the Harry Potter series. I chose Ron. We are going full out on this, so we are most likely going to dye our hair. I am looking for a dye that could dye my head completly reddish-orange, but would wash out if I took a shower. (SO I could go to school the next day and be alright.) Is this possible, and if so which dye should I use? If it isn't I guess wigs are the next option, but I'd rather not use them if I can avoid it. My kids use this spray in stuff called Fun %26amp; Fantasy (temporary) Hair Color. You can usually find it wherever you find Halloween costumes. It's only about $1.50 per can. It should wash out easily unless you are very blonde, then you might have to rewash. It may take a couple of cans if your hair is long, and the can says you shouldn't use if you have : bleached, colored, or permed in the last year. I believe they do have orange as a choice.

Use cool-aid. Mix it thick (1/2 the ammount of water) in a bucket, then wash your hair in it. it is a good, temporaty washoutable "dye".

If I were you, I would go to a professional to get any chemical service done. I'm a hairstylist/colorist, and I can't tell you how many people I have fixed in the last 12 years from doing their color themselves. Not only that, the stuff you buy in the stores use really harsh dyes and ingredients. It does more damage than professional products. It will tell you it's conditioning, some of them, but, that's just something they put out there to lure you in. If it says conditioning, they really mean "wax".

you could try the spray on stuff.

But that always looks akward.

if your going to dye it you could use the 24 wash out shampoo.

(meaning it takes 24 times to wash out.)
