Hair Dye Issue?

If I want to get my hair back to my original strawberry blonde color, but it is dark brown right now w/my roots showing, what is the best way to do that myself.

I can't take my hair from dark brown to red again. It doesn't work. I have found that bleaching it and then coloring it works, but I have never done it with my roots showing. I am afraid that the roots will turn white. Also, when I bleach my hair, I like to wait a couple of days to dye it again.

Can anyone help? Thank you.

You could get a hair color lifter. This peals the fake dye from your hair.

Your natural color should be back to it's original state.

You could also just wait it out until all of your natural color comes back.

OR go to a PROFESSIONAL! they know exactly what they're doing! lol

Go to a stylist

Get it treated professionally. They know what they are doing.

Go to a hair dresser and have them strip it this helps.

I wouldn't recommend trying that yourself. It may not turn out the way you want it to. A stylist will stand by their work if it doesn't come out right. You don't want to over-treat your hair. If you mess it up, then have to go somewhere else to correct it this could cause a lot of damage.

A stylist will be able to strip that color back out. Just be sure to use a good repairing-type salon shampoo and conditioner for awhile after doing that, because it can damage your hair.
