If you have blonde hair, even temporary hair dye may stain your hair permanently. Blonde hair holds color alot better than any other color hair. Most temporary hair dye washes out after so many shampoos, and it can and will stain towels and pillow cases. If you have temporary hair color on your hair and go outside while it is raining, the hair dye will run onto your clothes and stain them too. I do not reccoment temporary hair color especially for blondes.

As long as you don't go lighter, which would be bleaching it), it'll eventually fade out, probably 4-6 weeks.

You realize you will have to let it grow out if you use permanent dye right? If it is a temporary dye on blonde hair it may not wash out.

DONT DYE YOUR HAIR I TRIED TO DYE MINE RED AND IT TURNED BRIGHT PURPLE THEN GRAY. If you love your haircolour, why bother dying your hair? If you want to experiment with colour, just consider highlights, hairpieces and wigs. Enjoy France.

The only person that will enjoy the change is you, family, and close friends, not the French. The French will love your strawberry blonde hair. The last thing you want to worry about is your hair color when traveling. I'd wait until you return from France.

I wouldn't rely on over the counter hair dyes (permanent or temporary) to make you happy. I would go to a salon and get your hair done right the first time. Temporary colors need to be applied weekly and that's with minimal washing.

use temp hair dye if u aren't postive u want this new look for a long time. Also use it a month before ur trip so if u hate it u have a lot of time to wash ur hair (fade the color) and re-dye it. There are strawberry blonde kits in both permante and temporary.
