Getting Black hair dye out.?

I dyed my hair black about 5 months ago and I really liked it, but now I really hate it. My hair is naturally dirty blonde with some red under tones and I really want it back to that color. I went to get my hair cut last week and I asked her about getting it stripped and she said it is like a 2 month process and that I will be walking around with bleached, fake looking hair for a month before they can dye it my natural color. I have kicked that option to the curb. I tried to just let it grow out, but my natural color is so light that it looks so gross to have half blonde and half black. When I wash it, the color comes out in the shampoo but it never seems to fade. Are there any at-home remedies to fade the black out over time? Thanks

If I were you i'd just wait for it to grow out and use LOADS of shampoo and conditioner each time you wash it and then wash it about 3 or 4 times each time you wash it.

When it grows out enough, you could cut it short, but make sure to keep your hair trimmed so it grows faster. I'm afraid you will have to wait for it to grow; just shampoo and condition it loads.

Ofcourse you can remove the colour with waiting that long to retouch it!

Simple, use Colorfix!
