Which temporary hair dye do you recommend? Is it safe?

i have dirty blond hair that is long (half way down my back) and straight. I would just like to try a temp. hair dye to dye it brown for a couple weeks because I just want to see what it is like. I have never done anything like this with my hair. I was just wondering what a good brand of dye is that would not damage my hair or permanently change the color. I also am a lifeguard at a pool, so that could be a problem as dye would come out when I swim. Is there a way to keep the dye from coming out in the pool? Anything would help. I am new to this whole hair dying thing.

Try Natural Instincts by Clairol, gives great result, without drying out your hair, I'd use level 1, it lasts 8-10, shampoos, or if you want it to last longer use level 2, it last up to 28 shampoos.

yeah i was going to say.. a lightish brown would be nice.. i have dirty blonde hair too. idk which type of hair dye.. but thats a nice color! lol my mom does her hair.. and uses loreal.. go to a harmon supply near you.. they ahve great brands.
