ok with hair dye if your hair is natually darker than the color you want you need to bleach your hair and yes it will damage your hair all dyes damage your hair but it is true bleach is the worse. But if this is your first time dying and you want to use just the blond the only thing that will happen it that your hair coolor will go a little lighter but if this isn't your first time dying your hair the color will go straight to your roots and not any other part of your hair because it already had dye on it and will make your hair a disater. But if you want to be blond you have to bleach first...
