Homemade Dark Brown Hair Dye?

I have blacky/very dark brown hair, with a purple and peroxide blonde fringe.

My hair is naturally medium brown, and i cant be bothered with strange hair anymore, so i want to dye it a dark brown, but not black.

My hair is too damaged from couloring, and i m trying to grow it, so i dont want a chemical hair dye.

Any suggestions?

erm lol, chances are if you make it yourself bits are going to fall out or go very wrong!!

try garnie semi permant dyes or loreal colour casting, thats no peroxide and ammonia,
